How long does shipping take for heavy machinery?

Standard shipping for small tools takes 3-5 business days. For heavy machinery or oversized workbenches, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days via a specialized freight carrier with lift-gate service.

Do you offer a warranty on your power tools?

Yes, all power tools carry a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. Wood Workers Workshop also offers an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all hand tools and accessories.

What is your return policy for opened items?

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. While we prefer original packaging, we accept returns on opened items as long as they are in like-new condition and include all original components.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
