The FeatherPRO Featherboard features EVA feathers which have revolutionized Featherboard performance and safety. EVA is a high-density closed-cell material that is exceptionally durable, highly flexible, non-marring and won’t damage your cutting tools or delicate work. EVA offers benefits you cannot get with plastic or wooden feathers, including excellent feed control and five times the kickback resistance of traditional featherboards. Designed for use on Band Saws, Table Saws and Router Tables.
The EVA feathers' effectiveness stems from their ingenious shape and surface contact area, the patented hinging design pushes forward giving consistent chatter-free pressure and instantly locks solid absorbing energy if kickback occurs. The reversible, replaceable and interchangeable feathers are a quick press fit into the high-grade polymer body. If accidental damage occurs just replace the feathers with our standard black replacements or swap them out for the grey UltraFlex feathers which offer lighter pressure for small or delicate work without the loss of safety.
The highly visible green mounting body comes with a 3/4" x 3/8" (19.1mm x 9.5mm) mounting bar, and also fits 12mm to 18mm wide T-Track used on many router tables, table saws and band saws.
